杭州推出美国商标注册补贴：优惠力度大

近日，杭州市商务局发布通知，从即日起，对在杭州注册的美国商标将给予400元的补贴。杭州市商务局表示，这是杭州市为了鼓励企业到美国注册商标，保护企业的知识产权，提高企业的核心竞争力而推出的一项举措。

据了解，杭州市商务局近日印发了《关于开展第二届美国商标注册补贴活动的通知》，从即日起至12月31日，对符合条件的企业和个人，可以从杭州市商务局领取400元的补贴，用于美国商标注册费用。

杭州市商务局表示，这次补贴比较给力，一是补贴金额从去年的200元提高到了400元；二是条件更加宽松，只要是在杭州注册的美国商标就可以领取补贴；三是补贴对象不限企业，个人也可以领取。

据悉，杭州市近年来对美国商标注册颇为重视，市商务局多次举办美国商标注册补贴活动，2015年底，该局在全市范围内首次开展了美国商标注册补贴活动，2016年4月，该局又在全市范围内开展了第二次美国商标注册补贴活动。

经过这两次补贴活动的开展，杭州已成功注册了近600个美国商标。市商务局表示，杭州将继续加大对美国商标注册的支持力度，未来还将开展更多类似的支持措施，以促进杭州企业的国际化发展。
